Simply send your balikbayan box to our LAX warehouse via USPS or FedEx Ground Service and then we will handle everything up to the delivery of your balikbayan box to your loved ones in the Philippines.

e-Balikbayan box process is quite simple, follow the steps by step guide below to help you save money on shipping a balikbayan box from your state all the way to the Philippines easier and cheaper.

Step 1.
First, Go to the website of USPS or FedEx, sign in or create an account if you don’t have one. Look for the Schedule a Pick-up on the homepage and then you will be prompted to enter some information.

Step 2.
Then, you’ll need to provide the Shipper and Recipient information. This should include the shipper’s full name, complete address, phone number, and email address.

Step 3.
Next, you'll need to provide a description of the item being shipped. This should include the balikbayan box weight, dimensions (L x W x H”), and a brief description of the contents.

Step 4.
After that, you'll need to choose the shipping method. This can include standard shipping, express shipping, or overnight shipping. You will also be asked to choose the time of pick up and where will you leave the package(s) if no one will be at home.

Step 5.
Finally, you'll need to provide the payment method. This can include credit card, debit card, PayPal, or check. Once you have all of the information filled out, you should be ready to submit the shipping form. By the way, scheduling a pick-up with FedEx can be made through their website, phone, or mobile app.

In both carriers, it's important to note that some of the package information may not be required depending on the package type and shipping service you choose, and you may have to provide a commercial invoice or other documentation for some package types. Step 6.
At this point, your balikbayan box is on its way to the Manila Forwarder Los Angeles warehouse. We will immediately notify you thru email once your balikbayan box arrived at our warehouse. A billing statement for the shipping from LAX to PH will also be sent as well as the tracking number our system generated to know the status of your balikbayan box. For your LAX Warehouse to the Philippine shipment kindly fill-up this form but if you availed of our Schedule a Pick-up Service you may skip this process.

For bulkier packages like balikbayan box, large plastic bins or crates, please send us an email and we will arrange it's pick up via FedEx Ground Service or Trucking Service. You can arrange this yourself or we can do it for you and bill you for the charges.
