How Will You Use Your Mailbox?

Verification notice: U.S. CMRA mail forwarding requires identity and address verification. USPS requirements include PS Form 1583 and two acceptable forms of identification, including one photo ID. Manila Forwarder will provide instructions for the required documents after the application and payment steps.
